How do I know whether the Flaurae range uses quality essential oils?

It’s hard to believe that products use quality ingredients when the prices are also affordable. The reason why we’re able to do this is because we invest in our ingredients instead of fancy packaging and costly ad campaigns. Our customers value the quality of our products and the fact that they produce real results. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to take advantage of our money-back guarantee.

Do your products contain essential oils or fragrance?

We have only ever use essential oils in our products. Using man-made fragrances goes against what we stand for – more on that here.

Are your ingredients harmful or tested on animals?

Absolutely, not. None of our products have been tested on animals and we only use natural ingredients in all of our products. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, which means you won’t find any parabens, phthalates or binders in them. 

Can I use your products if I am pregnant?

It’s best if you first consult with your doctor before using any of our products. Your health and that of your baby comes first.

Does the Flaurae range contain any artificial preservatives?

Definitely, not. All of the ingredients in the entire Flaurae range are safe and free from artificial preservatives. We only use natural preservatives in our products, including vegetable glycerol, sodium levulinate and sodium anisate (all plant derived!). 

How long do the Flaurae perfumes and body mists last?

Our natural perfumes and energy mists won’t last all day but that’s for a good reason - no harmful chemical and toxins. The chemicals in synthetic perfumes are what ensure they last from day to night. Since natural perfumes interact with body heat and the natural oils on your skin, the scent will gradually fade throughout the day.

Can I still use Flaurae products if I have sensitive skin?

Even though our products are all-natural, everyone is different. We recommend that you gradually introduce Flaurae products into your daily routine to give your skin time to adjust. You know your skin better than anyone, so test the products out first. Any stinging or burning sensations might indicate that your skin is unhappy. If this occurs, wash the product off.
